At Freedom Headliners, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our premium custom and premade headliners for Jeeps and other vehicles. Please review our return policy below:

Returns for Premade Headliners
- **30-Day Return Window**: You may return any premade headliner (non-customized options available directly from our store) within **30 days** of the original delivery date.
- **Eligibility**: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- **Refund Process**: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs). Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days.
- **Return Shipping**: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Custom Headliners
- **No Refunds or Returns**: All custom headliners are made-to-order based on your specific vehicle model, design preferences, and custom specifications. Due to their personalized nature, custom headliners are **non-returnable** and **non-refundable** unless the product is defective or not as described.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your headliner (premade or custom) arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
