**Terms of Service for Freedom Headliners**

Welcome to **Freedom Headliners** (the "Store", "we", "us", or "our"), an online shop specializing in premium premade and custom graphic headliners for Jeeps and other vehicles. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at freedomheadliners.com (the "Site") and the purchase of our products and services.

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place any orders.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Use of the Site
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site or make purchases. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site.

2. Products and Orders
- **Premade Headliners**: These are ready-made designs available for immediate purchase.
- **Custom Headliners**: These are made-to-order based on your uploaded images, vehicle specifications, and other custom preferences. Custom orders require your approval of designs/proofs where applicable.

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing, product descriptions, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly due to materials, lighting, or production processes.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees, which will be added at checkout.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods provided through our Shopify platform. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States (additional locations may be available—contact us for details). Shipping times and costs vary by location and product.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs (for international orders), or incorrect shipping information provided by you.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our separate **Return Policy** (available on the Site) for full details.

In summary:
- Premade headliners may be returned within **30 days** of delivery if unused and in original condition. You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
- **Custom headliners** are made-to-order and personalized; they are **non-returnable** and **non-refundable** except in cases of defect or if the product is not as described.

For defective/damaged items (premade or custom), contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including designs, logos, text, graphics, and images (excluding customer-uploaded content for custom orders), is owned by Freedom Headliners, LLC or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

For custom headliners, you represent that any images or materials you upload do not infringe third-party rights (copyright, trademark, etc.). You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your uploaded content solely to fulfill your custom order.

We are not responsible for any intellectual property claims arising from your uploaded content.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freedom Headliners, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, products, or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Freedom Headliners, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Site, your uploaded content, or your purchase/use of our products.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Luis Obispo County, California.
