**Shipping Policy for Freedom Headliners**

At Freedom Headliners, we’re committed to getting your premium premade or custom graphic headliner to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below are the details of our shipping practices.
Processing Times
- **Order Processing**: All orders are typically processed within **1-3 business days** after payment is received (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Predesigned headliners: Usually ship within **3-7 business days**.
- Custom headliners: Made-to-order and may take **3-7 business days** for production and proof approval (if applicable) before shipping. Rush options may be available—contact us for details.
Please note that processing times do not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the **contiguous United States** (lower 48 states).
- Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, or international destinations may be available—please contact me at Taylor@freedomheadliners.com for a quote and confirmation before placing your order.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes unless using USPS (contact us to confirm eligibility).
Shipping Carriers and Methods
We use reliable carriers such as **USPS**, **UPS**, and/or **FedEx**, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
- Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order ships.
- Signature may be required for high-value orders at the carrier's discretion.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order total weight and dimensions
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
Costs are displayed transparently before you complete your purchase.
- Free shipping promotions (if any) will be clearly noted on the Site or during checkout.
- We do not cover duties, taxes, or customs fees for international shipments (if offered)—these are the customer's responsibility.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- **Standard Shipping** (contiguous U.S.): **3-7 business days**
- **Expedited Shipping** (2nd Day or Next Day): Available at checkout for an additional fee (subject to availability and carrier schedules)
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high-volume periods. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Important Notes
- **Risk of Loss**: Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- **Incorrect Address**: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
- **Damaged or Lost Packages**: If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within **7 days** of delivery (or expected delivery) with photos and details. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a resolution (replacement or refund where applicable).
